Three steps, then it runs itself

There is no campaign builder to learn and no workflow to configure. You write, you pick a time, and a job on our side does the rest.

Connect your accounts

Authorise the platforms you post to. Bluesky and Mastodon need nothing but an app password or an access token — no developer app, no waiting for approval.

Write the post

One editor for every destination. Character counts update per platform as you type, media rules are checked before you save, and you can override the caption for any single platform.

Pick a time — or send now

A job runs every minute and fires the posts whose time has arrived. Anything that fails is retried, then marked failed in your queue. Nothing disappears quietly.

Everything in one screen

Compose, Calendar, Queue, Insights, Inbox and Accounts are tabs in a single app — not six products stitched together.

Compose

One post, many accounts

Attach an image or a video, tick the accounts it should reach, and netpin.me handles each platform's limits — 280 on X, 300 on Bluesky, 500 on Mastodon, 3,000 on LinkedIn. Need a different caption on one platform? Override just that one.

Calendar

See the month, not a list

Your scheduled posts laid out by day, so gaps and pile-ups are obvious before they happen. Move something by editing it; cancel it in a click.

Queue

Honest delivery status

Every post is pending, sent, failed or canceled — never ambiguous. Retries are per platform, so a post that reached three networks and missed one only re-attempts the one that missed.

Insights

What the post actually did

Where the platform allows it, netpin.me reads engagement back on the posts it published for you — likes, comments, shares, reach — and refreshes it in the background so your numbers stay current.

Inbox

Replies in one place

Replies and mentions on Bluesky and Mastodon are pulled into a single inbox, so you are not opening four apps to find out someone answered you.

Listening

Track the terms you care about

Follow your brand name, a product, or a competitor across public timelines and see mentions as they appear, alongside the posts you published yourself.

Accounts

More than one of each

Connect several accounts on the same platform and choose per post which ones go out. Handy the moment you run a personal handle and a brand handle side by side.

Agency

Built for client work

Separate workspaces per client, an approval link a client can review without an account, CSV bulk import for a month of posts at once, and exportable reports.

Mobile

iOS and Android

The same app ships as a native iOS and Android build, so you can approve, reschedule or fire a post from your phone.

Plans

Start free and stay free if the free plan fits. Paid plans are billed through Stripe — card details never touch our servers, and you can cancel any time.

Questions

The things people ask before signing up.

Do I need a developer account anywhere?

Not for Bluesky or Mastodon — you paste an app password or an access token you generate yourself, and you are posting. The other platforms use their normal authorisation screens: you click connect, they ask your permission, you come back.

What happens if a post fails?

It is retried a limited number of times and then marked failed in your queue, with the reason. We never record a post as sent when the platform rejected it. If a platform revoked our access, reconnect that account and the next post goes out normally.

Can I post to a personal Instagram or a personal LinkedIn profile?

No — and neither can anyone else. Instagram's API only accepts Business and Creator accounts linked to a Facebook Page, and LinkedIn only allows scheduled posting to company pages. Facebook is the same: Pages, not personal profiles.

What about Pinterest and TikTok?

TikTok publishes today. It takes video only, and because it is a video-first network you choose who can see each post, whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed, and whether the video is promotional or a paid partnership — TikTok requires those choices to be yours, so netpin.me asks for them in the composer rather than picking for you. While our app is in TikTok's review queue, TikTok itself keeps everything posted through it visible only to the account that posted it.

Pinterest is built and waiting on platform approval. You can see it in the interface, but publishing to it is off until approval lands — a post aimed at it is marked failed rather than silently dropped.

Which time zone are scheduled times in?

You pick a time, and it fires at that time. Everything is stored in UTC internally and shown to you in your own zone, so a post set for 9:00 goes out at 9:00 wherever you set it.

Do you use my content to train AI models?

No. We store your posts so we can publish them and transmit them to the platforms you chose. We do not sell your content, use it for advertising, or train models on it. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Stop posting the same thing four times

Write it once tonight, pin it to a time, and let netpin.me handle the rest of the week.
